Todd S. Kelley, EIT
Structural Engineer

Todd holds an M.S. and B.S. in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, Illinois. His responsibilities at Cowell include assisting in the preparation of structural design calculations and structural drawings for a variety of commercial projects such as banks, retail buildings, churches and residential facilities. He has obtained his FE/EIT certification and is gaining the experience required prior to obtaining his PE license.
