Lindell Bank – Branch Facility

PROJECT FACTS

The project consisted of a 5,000 square foot bank facility with a modular vault, a 1,100 square foot drive-up canopy, and a 200 square foot entry canopy.

Construction: The structure has load-bearing, reinforced masonry walls with a pre-fabricated wood truss roof structure. Lateral resistance is provided by the exterior, reinforced masonry walls acting as shear walls.
