Project Construction Cost: $15 million
Completion: 2006
Construction: Project encompassed renovation of the existing masonry and steel frame structure and construction of a new structural steel entry canopy. New construction included an interior mezzanine with concrete slab supported on a combination of load bearing steel studs and steel frame.
Project also required Cowell to evaluate existing joist and girder roof structure for additional loading, provide for the installation of a new elevator to service the mezzanine level and engineer supports for new exterior signage.
