Construction: Foundation system is drilled concrete piers with perimeter grade beams. Floor Construction is non-composite concrete floor slabs on steel bar joists and wide flange beams. Roof system is a wood truss system on wide flange steel beams. Exterior façade is a combination of brick and stone with light gage steel stud backup. Lateral system consists of perimeter steel moment frames and concentric braced frames at the cupola and rotunda.
