The project consisted of a 45,300 square foot, 2-story, medical office building with a lower level parking area of 9,300 square feet.

Construction: Structure is a steel frame with composite steel framing over the garage at the first floor, and a non-composite concrete deck with bar joists and beams at the remainder of the first and second floors. Resistance to lateral loads is provided by a combination of concentrically braced steel frames.
